Installing Python packages on Windows machines

Python.org
First you must download setuptools.
untar it
C:\Users\username>cd Downloads\setuptools-1.4
C:\Users\username\Downloads\setuptools-1.4>python setup.py install
C:\Users\username\Downloads\setuptools-1.4>cd ..\..
Instructions to install packages on Windows
It says it's for Windows 7 but it works for Windows 8 also.
