For including a space or another alpha character you merely use [a-zA-Z ]. The space is denoted exactly as a space normally appears when it is referenced within square brackets within a regex.
For a reg of one or more words, say "Oklahoma City" then ^[a-zA-Z]+[a-zA-Z ]+ works or at least it did for me.
